I agree with Cheesey, but I think you should add some Milo. That or a valarian should send you to sleep nicely. Rug up on the couch with a soppy, boring movie shoudld do it, too. :hug:

this is a big secret, but I've had troubles sleeping more than a year. But usually I sleep at least 1 or 4 hours a night. It's not very often I end up with no sleep at all. ^^
